| Head Coach, Sr 1
& 2, Pre-Sr: Bill Vargo Coach Vargo has been coaching swimming the past 29 years. The first 3 years were as the Assistant Women's and Men's Coach at the University of South Florida and the Head Swim Coach of Plant City Swim Club. The past 22 years he has been the Head Swim Coach of the Central Florida Marlins Swim Program and the Central Florida Community College Aquatics Coordinator; and the last 5 years as Head Swim Coach for the Central Florida Marlins & Aquatics Director for Ocala Aquatics. Coach Vargo swam for the University of South Florida and was team captain his senior year. He graduated from U.S.F. with a B.A. in Marketing and a Masters in Education. He has been Head coach of Florida Swimming's Zone Team, President of the Florida Swim Coaches Association, Board Member of Florida Swimming, and currently Chairman of Florida Swimming. He has coached swimmers to state records, National Top 16, Junior and Senior National levels. Coach Vargo has been married for 28 years to wife Pam and he has three children; Jessica, W.J., and Rachael. |

| Age Group 2
& 3 Coach: Jeff Wise Coach Wise started coaching swimming in Evansville, Indiana, in 1982. He established both a boys and girls high school swim team at Mount Vernon High School. After moving back to his hometown of Elkhart, Indiana he was asked to coach his old high school boys team, and took several to IU Natatorium in Indianapolis for the State Championships. Coach Wise was asked to join the Marlins coaching staff in 2002. Coach Wise was MVP three years at Concord High School in Elkhart, Indiana and MVP his last two years of college at the University of Evansville, along with conference MVP his senior year at UE. He also swims with the the Central Florida Marlins Master's Team. He has been married for 24 years to his wife Camille and has two children, Caitlyn and Adam.

Age Group 1 Coach: Kim Painter Coach Kim started swimming year round at 8 years old. She swam for Forest High School then went on to swim for Transylvania University. She was team captain her senior year and also swam at NAIA Nationals for 3 years. She graduated with a major in psychology and a minor in sociology. Coach Kim currently works for the Dept. of Children and Families and coaches both the boys & girls swim teams at Vanguard High School.

| Gold Coach:
Kaleigh Kenyon Kaleigh started swimming year round at 6 years old. She swam for Westport High School her sophomore - senior years. She was also team captain all 3 years. She is currently attending school at CFCC to earn a degree in Public Relations. She also swims with the Central Florida Marlins Masters Team. |
M & M Coach: Brandie
Bennett Brandie is a native "Ocalan" who has been involved with the Marlins swimming program since she was 7 years old. She started in the novice swim group and swam for Coach Vargo until she left for college. While attending Pfeiffer College she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Medicine, and swam competitively all four years (1991 - 1995). She qualified for and attended NAIA National Championships each of those years. She has two daughters, Hannah (age 4) and Ainsley (age 2). She is one of the owners of Brick City Title Insurance Co. Inc. and is involved in the day to day operations as a Closing Agent of real estate transactions. |
